Cancellation Policy – Pal Bodnar Magic Productions

At Pal Bodnar Magic Productions, we value professionalism, clear communication, and mutual respect. To ensure smooth planning and fairness for all clients and performers, we have established the following cancellation policy for all bookings:

1. General Policy
All bookings are considered confirmed once a deposit is received. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp and will be processed according to the schedule below.

2. Cancellation Timeline & Fees

  • 7+ days before event: Full refund of deposit (minus processing fees, if applicable)
  • 3–6 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 72 hours before event: Deposit is non-refundable

3. Same-Day or No-Show Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event or client no-shows will be charged the full agreed-upon amount. No refund will be provided.

4. Rescheduling Requests
We understand that plans may change. We offer one free reschedule (based on availability) if the request is made at least 72 hours before the event. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.

5. Weather-Related Adjustments
For outdoor events affected by weather, we will work with the client to reschedule or move the show indoors. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be retained as a credit for future use (valid for 6 months).

6. Performer-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare case that a performer must cancel due to illness or emergency, Pal Bodnar Magic Productions will offer a suitable replacement of equal quality or provide a full refund.

The performer also reserves the right to cancel the performance on-site without refund if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for a high-standard show. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The audience being excessively intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
  • Unsafe or disruptive environments that compromise performance quality
  • Severe weather conditions affecting outdoor shows (e.g., heavy wind, rain, no covered space)
  • Lack of basic technical requirements (lighting, space, agreed equipment setup)
  • Threats to the performer's safety or well-being

Such on-site cancellations by the performer will not be eligible for any refund. Clients are encouraged to ensure the environment is appropriate for live, high-quality entertainment.

7. Group or Partner Bookings
For bookings involving additional services (musicians, photographers, etc.), separate cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.
