We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, but last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability.
Can I combine multiple services for one event?
Yes! You can create custom packages with magic, music, fire dancers, photography, and more. We help you plan it all.
Can I customize a show for my event?
Absolutely. Let us know the occasion and we’ll tailor the performance style, theme, and appearance to fit.

Where do you perform?
We serve Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum, Akumal, and Cancun, including private villas, yachts, restaurants, and hotels.
Do you travel outside the Riviera Maya?
Yes, but additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance and time.
Do you perform on boats and yachts?
Yes! We offer custom shows for catamarans, yachts, and private charter experiences.
Can I book you for hotel or restaurant events?
Absolutely. We’ve performed in major resorts, fine dining venues, and beachfront spaces.

Are your shows bilingual?

Can you perform during dinner or cocktail hour?
Yes. Walkaround magic is perfect for cocktail receptions and dinners. We work around your schedule.

Do you provide photography and video coverage?

Pricing & Payment
Are the prices on the web site final?
Prices are base rates. Travel, add-ons, and customizations may affect the final quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, PayPal, Wise, MercadoPago and cash in MXN or USD.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. We provide digital invoices for all confirmed bookings upon request.
Do you charge travel or accommodation fees?
Only for events outside the main Riviera Maya service area or requiring overnight stays.
Cancellations & Conditions
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. See our full Cancellation Policy.
Can the performer cancel on-site?
Yes, if conditions are unsafe (e.g., intoxicated crowd, bad weather). No refund will be given in these cases.
What happens if the show is rained out?
We offer one free reschedule for weather-related cancellations if informed at least 72 hours in advance.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
Not usually. We’ll inform you if a mic, lighting, or space setup is needed based on the show.
