    1. How do I book a show or service listed on the site?

    2. Is the pricing on the site final?
    All prices are base rates. Customizations, travel outside our main service area, or additional services (like videography or musicians) may affect final pricing.

    3. Do I need to provide any equipment or setup?
    Most close-up and walkaround shows require no technical setup. For stage or themed shows, we’ll inform you in advance if a mic, lights, or stage area is needed.

    4. What areas do you serve?
    We perform in Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum, Akumal, and Cancun. We also travel to private villas, yachts, hotels, and event venues throughout the Riviera Maya.

    5. How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or holidays. However, feel free to reach out — last-minute bookings are possible if we’re available.

    6. What is your cancellation policy?
    You can review our full cancellation policy in this flipbook. In short: cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. The performer also reserves the right to cancel on-site without refund if conditions are unsuitable for a high-quality show.

    7. How can I pay?
    We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and cash in MXN or USD. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking.
